The day has come!
Taskmaster is back! In a brand new season, five valiant comics are about to be put through their paces by Alex Horne in the hopes of taking home Greg Davies's golden head.
Davies will once more assume the role of Taskmaster, administering points and feedback as he welcomes the comedians into his world of misrule.
The series is wholly successful across the board, with it receiving a fifth nomination at the upcoming BAFTA TV Awards, having previously won the Best Comedy Entertainment award.

Will there be a Taskmaster season 19?

Yes! Taskmaster was renewed for an additional six seasons back in 2023, meaning there is also another season beyond the 19th to come.
On the six new seasons of the main Taskmaster, Davies said at the time: "I am also delighted that Alex and I return to test the intelligence of comedians in the most scientific of ways. I'll be pretty angry. It's not even an act anymore."

Taskmaster season 19 kicks off on Thursday 1st May at 9pm. Episodes continue weekly at the same time, unless otherwise mentioned.
